Tiger Hut is one of the properties owned by local Koh Chang policeman and was just built up in the late 2005; this small bungalow is quite simple. I mean nothing special for the style and decoration of the resort. If you want to see what Koh Chang is before the boom, you had better come and stay here. Located on the Klong Prao beach almost the same area as KP hut just about 400-500 meters away, Tiger Hut provides small local style chill out bar. If you want to be on the beach, just stay there as the bungalow is on the beach. Tiger Hut was the only one of a few that offers the backpacker price. One down thing to let you know is that, from the main road you have to walk about 800 meters to the hut. Renting a motorbike will be a very good idea.
