During the past 5 years, I have seen Koh Chang movement. And it reminds me that within another 5 years, backpackers will have to move to somewhere on the east coast as the west coast (Whitesand, Klong Prao, Kai Bae, Bai Lan and Bang Bao) will be packed by the higher price hotels and resorts and you will not easily find something like baht 500 accommodation like this place “Siam Bungalow”. The place is owned by local people whom I have talked to a couple of times. Separated huts lying in two rows are the picture of the place. Natural materials are used. No landscape but good beach is all about the place I would recommend this for the backpackers who want to stay at Kai Bae Beach .
