Red tiles roof with Thai decoration style for both interior and architect, Panviman is one of the boutique resort in Koh Chang. The owner of the resort also has the other hotel in Koh Phangan under the same name Panviman Koh Phangan. In my view, Panviman Koh Chang has presented its being uniqueness quite well. It looks like Thai temple. The location of the resort offers a great privacy but on the other hand it is about one kilometer from the main road and the road to the resort is still red soil one.
Accommodations and resort restaurant look great but I do not like the landscape and swimming pool. Personally, I think they could have done better than what it is now, especially when compared to the rooms. Breakfast is good here as the resort owner or general manager know how to work with the tour operators. If the resort meets your budget, take it as one of your choices. One thing to be mentioned here is that it might be difficult if you want to go out as you have to get to the main road which is about one kilometer (of red soil road) from the resort and to white sand beach it takes about another 10 minutes. I do not think it is a good idea if you prefer going out every night and being drunk.
